If you're actually reading this, here's a treat. You understand that you use our services at your own discretion and risk.
19. Terms of Usage
We dont support spamming and do not hold any responsibility towards the messages sent by application users. We request users to adhere to Whatsapp Privacy policies and Terms of usage. By using this application you accept the full responsibility regarding the messages sent as well as you confirm that the users you are contacing using our app are famillier to you and they have agreed to receive messages from you. Any complaint regarding the messages or frequency of message will be sole responsibility of the respective app user.

WASenderPro openly declares that is not supported or endorsed in any manner by WhatsApp Inc. WhatsApp Messenger and WhatsApp Business are a proprietary cross-platform Instant Messaging service for Smart-Phones that is owned and provided by WhatsApp Inc.
WASenderPro does not create or own any WhatsApp account. You use your own WhatsApp account in order to connect with WASenderPro. When using WASenderPro you are still able to use your WhatsApp account using the official client WhatsApp messenger and you can disconnect your WhatsApp account from WASenderPro at any time without reason or penalty. You can always close your account and service would stop immediately.
21. Can sending massive messages?
We encourage you to do not send unsolicited (spam) messages.
That being said, you can technically do it, however, please bear in mind that we are not responsible of the abussive usage that violates WhatsApp terms that might eventually ban your WhatsApp account(s).
Our system is designed to help business people by sending news or reminder to their clients easily, not sending junk messages to them. But there is an inherit risk that we cannot control when users report you as an spammer.
If you send too many unsolicited messages to random users, your account might be banned after a while, since users can manually report your account to WhatsApp as spammer. Eventually, if this is reported across users, this may cause your account getting banned.
We strongly encourage you to send legit messages that users are reasonbly expecting to receive. Otherwise, please consider the risk of getting banned and lose your WhatsApp account(s).
22. Can I get refund?
Software code based on Whatsapp application, so we will not be responsible for the refund when the unwanted changes. But we are committed to always be in charge of fixing bugs, replacing other similar products so that you always get the best benefits when using our products and services. We exclusively refund in case of billing error, duplicated charges or application not working during 30 days after purchased.
